Welcome to use the PRIMEDIC CRM application. Please read the following User Agreement carefully before you start using it. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You will need to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, such as your email address, so that we can provide you with a better service. The email address cannot be modified after registration; if you want to change it, you may need to cancel your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number and password, and any activity that occurs using your account is your responsibility.
You can use this application to manage your customer information, schedule and track customer visits, and manage your sales activities.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and reliability of any data you input into the service, including your customers' personal information. Please ensure that when entering and processing your customers' data, you comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws (such as GDPR). You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from customers whose data you enter into the service.
The application allows you to schedule, manage, and create reports for your customer visits.
You are responsible for creating accurate and professional visit reports. Information you enter, including visit outcomes and internal support requests, may be shared with other authorized users within your organization.
This application is provided as a tool to assist in customer relationship management. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data entered by users. Users assume full responsibility for data accuracy and business outcomes derived from use of the service.
When using this application, please comply with local laws and regulations, as well as your own company's policies.
We will strictly protect your personal information and will not use it for illegal purposes.
Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
You shall not use this service to engage in any illegal or inappropriate acts, including but not limited to infringing on the rights of others, disseminating harmful information, etc.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the service or any of its features.
Any disputes regarding this Agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In case of disputes regarding interpretation of this Agreement, reasonable interpretation principles shall apply, and disputes shall be resolved as specified in Section 8 above.
